This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. And they also have horrible internet. But their customer service is the worst. They can't help at all. All they do is walk you through the same troubleshooting crap that doesn't work. They won't let you speak to a manager. They refuse to get a manager on the phone. They continue to tell me they see my Internet isn't working correctly but still refuse to do anything about it. This is the worst run business ever. Why are the managers so scared to do their jobs? I would give negative stars if I could. Do not get this internet company. You will be sorry.

They have taken $200 out of our account after we canceled service. They keep giving us the run around when we call to get our money back. This company is not honorable. Absolutely, do not use this service!!!!

I have had Zito internet for several years now and there always seems to be some kind of problem! I have been without internet for a month now and they don't have any kind of update or information as to when the issue will get resolved. It's unbelievable to think how bad the internet in rural areas are in 2024, it's like living in a third world country.

Worst internet service we have ever had, almost to the point of being a scam. After paying a hefty $100 every month for service, the internet connection drops so often we can barely check email, let alone go even an hour with uninterrupted service. After multiple calls and promises they would put in “tickets” to resolve the issue, it has only gotten worse. Occasionally, after putting up with this for months, they will give us a “discount” of maybe $10 off our bill if we are lucky. Small consolation for my partner who works from home and lost her job over this. We have decided to switch a competing internet service provider at this point. The other companies in our area don’t promise as high of speed, but are at least useable.

terrible service. I've been calling every 3-4 days to get my internet situation fixed and they screw around every time and "put in a ticket". I did not have service for 12 days and was told I would get a credit to not pay the full bill. I waited 2 weeks and got a 30 dollar late fee for not paying my full amount. I never got the credit. now they want me to pay half my balance to apply the credit. they shut me off for non payment when I honestly shouldn't have to pay until they fix the problem. it took them 9 days to fix my service when a line broke and it worked for 3 days then went down again for 3 days before they could get someone to fix it. that was my 12 days I'm not paying. plus says 1Gbps download/upload and at best I've gotten 80Mbps. DO NOT use this company

You're lucky for internet to go uninterrupted over an eight hour period. After reaching out for assistance the issue was never addressed. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and someone had reached out to offer a credit to my account that I never got. After calling multiple times about the internet continuing to drop and to see about getting the credit applied to my account this semester (full time student woth most of my classes being online), I was continuously placed on hold for hours at a time with nothing resolved. After we finally managed to get someone on the phone that said they could at least resolve the interest dropping so frequently, it has been dropping even more. They insist that everything is fine on their end, but if unplugging the router for 30 seconds doesn't fix it the first time, they should look into addressing the problem instead of charging customers insulting prices while telling them to just unplug it again.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. If you have the option to get different internet please do. They're customer service lies and does not help. They charge a ridiculous amount for Internet that can't even handle Netflix streaming. Their modems are not up to date and they even suggest you get your own modem because the ones they provide are insufficient.
