Easily the worst internet provider I’ve ever had to use. Slow download speeds, non existent upload speeds. Ping so bad you can’t even play games online. The internet monopoly in Mountain View AR is disgusting. Can’t wait until they get Xfinity or something even better so Yelcot can go out of business. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Internet in remote and rural areas is tough, but Gary and the entire team at Yelcot in Mountain View work so hard to provide excellent service. From the friendly ladies at the front desk to the service guys who work countless hours, the folks at Yelcot do a great job in challenging circumstances!

This is a pathetic excuse for an internet provider. My bill, when I did receive one, was full of ridiculous charges and hidden fees. I spent an entire month without working internet and after repeatedly requesting a service tech they finally got internet turned back on, a month and a half later. Rest assured we were billed in full for all the days they were not able to provide internet as well. In short, the plan I purchased was $60 a month and after hidden charges and fees it was $100 a month. I hope you find this review and beware of the lying cheating scroundrels at Yelcot.

$89 a month for 10mbps is truly a rip off for internet service. And Yelcot says that is high speed internet. Literally every friend I called in 5 different states have anywhere from 100mbps- 150mbps internet service. With prices from $74-$89 per month. Corporate America is taking this country to the cleaners and apparently have a license to kill, so to speak. I can't even imagine what Yelcot would charge for 100 mbps internet service. I give 2 stars only because the employees in this local office are nice. Certainly hoping that one day Yelcot will step up their game for internet service in Mountain View.

I live just right outside of city limits, and when by myself the internet is fine, however when anyone else gets on it it folds. Even with an Ethernet cable in my main device it barley works.

These folks have a tough job. We're remote. Internet in a remote area is tough! They have wonderful customer service and always put their best foot forward. Way worse customer service with the big dogs in the big cities.

Very slow speeds forced to have a house phone I pay around 120 a month for 10mbs internet any other town could get 5 or 10x faster internet at that price without being forced to have a house phone

We live in Fifty-Six AR and have had issues with our internet since our service has had problems. I am pleased to say they have stayed on top of the problem until it was fixed. Thank you very much!
