I went into the austell location with big problems with att. I had a home phone for 55 years the same number and it was now lost with att. From the time I walked in the door and greeted by Mr Darrion Stevenson I felt the stress going away. The customer service from Mr Stevenson along with an amazing associate named An'darrio Abrams made it super easy to locate my number and get everything set up for install. The manager Ms Danielle went above and beyond to contact me even after I was gone to confirm everything was complete. I would 100 percent recommend this store location to anyone for anything and highly recommend the 2 associates and manager I listed to assist you with your in store experience. Thank you again for everything

Small store if you sneeze you might miss it😂
There were few customers in the store upon arrival. All three Xfinity employees worked diligently together handling customer satisfaction. Not one missed call all the while.
The atmosphere is very warm and I never had to sit down🥰

We walked in with a heavy 💙 due to the passing of my last surviving parent. YET We walked out feeling well taken care of.

Thank you 🙏 so grateful for their level of customer service care.

Do not come here for any Xfinity Services. I came in to just grab my wifi router and somehow my services were changed to add a land phone line. I can see the history on my account where they tried multiple different skus to see what worked best for their numbers. I say again do not come to this location for any Xfinity services as the workers here will change your plan without approval from you.

Edit to the reply: The link in the reply is just a xfinity chat that does not help. I had to call into the Xfinity corporate multiple times to fix my plan. Thankfully I caught it early enough to fix the issue. I will never come to this location again.

Had a really great experience, when I walked in , I was greeted , it was a bit packed but they had a lot of phones around the store they said I could try out while I waited . I went in because quite frankly the bill with Xfinity gets to be taxing . The young man that assisted me helped me lower my bill , I work in the sales world so I know these walk in stores for big companies get a bad rap but I think they did a good job considering the things I heard them deal with lol

One of the most ghetto places ever. I came here 3 years ago and they messed up my account, causing me to lose a very important business number.
Xfinity Internet service has been asking me to give them another chance. So, 3 years later, here I am again and I'm still having the same unprofessional experience even with a whole different crew. Definitely needs to be some training done.
The internet portion is fine, but the mobile part I definitely wouldn't recommend to a desperate person in need of a phone.
The only thing that was done right was a greeting!

So I want to start off saying the person who helped me was very nice I don’t recall his name. But I went in to get my lines active bc they were all messed up and per CS they requested I go into the store. It took about 1 hour for them to get my lines active and said I was set to go …. I noticed the line “names had changed “ but didn’t pay it any mins til I got my bill … I am being charged 25 per line as new activation. Now I know working in the cellphone business they have to meet a # of activations but I am pissed bc they are billing me for it and if you know Xfinity they are the worst to get a hold of in customer support… so i unfortunately would not recommend this location … and then the other employees seemed so rude and just using profanity … very un professional but to each their own i

This was probably the worst experience ever throughout customer service to the people at the store I went in just to pick up a camera they told me I couldn’t I said cool they then showed me the camera and they will order nd send tech out cool they told me it was going to be$60 with my internet plus my camera tech came out and then I was billed $345 which is crazy from 50-345 after I asked multiple times they said YES $60 tf then I called customer service they seen that they changed my plan without my consent they changed everything around without my consent I also work in thi type of environment for a differnt company so I know how things go and how things are supposed to be and this store had no guidance nor reassurance
