When our broker suggested using White River for our inspection, I didnt know if he could come as fast as needed before our closing. With little notice, they absolutely DID!
It was so important to us to have the water tested, to know what we were getting into.

His work each time helped me make a really informed decision and what I was getting into too. First to back out of a purchase that needed more work than I could afford take on. Secondly to make an informed decision about how to negotiate needed repairs and what to prioritize upon closing. Our experience with WRV Home Inspection and Dan Jones was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive to my initial call and provided a comprehensive description of the inspection services available. During the inspection, he was very thoughtful and took the time to answer any questions I had. The final report was well beyond my expectations in the level of detail provided.

We also did the Radon, Mold and Water testing that were offered by WRV and I recommend doing these tests in addition to the core inspection. As we had a tight timeline, Dan was able to get the test samples submitted quickly so that we could our results in the 10 day inspection window we had.

I highly recommend White River Valley Home inspection! The entire process of setting up an appointment with Dan and meeting him for the on-site inspection was seamless. As soon as I met him, I said to myself, I'm so glad that our realtor recommended him! He reviewed the process and then continued with his inspection (I should mention since it was quite cold outside, he had already spent time looking at the external areas for review. Our realtor and I left him to his work while we spent time chatting. Once Dan had finished he sat down with us to review everything. Luckily, he had not found any problematic areas. Since we are going to be renting this property from time to time, Dan explained everything that would need to be modified for that purpose. After we finished our face-to-face discussion, Dan followed up the next day with a thoroughly and well written report.
