I just wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Whitni Beltran - Field Sales supervisor. First, I called the 1-800 number for assistance in transferring service for my Dad over the weekend and the representative wasn't very helpful he actually told me that you all did not provide services for my dad's new apartment even though it is with the same complex that he is currently with now just across the street from his old one. The apartment complex he is with is actually contracted with you all, so I found that hard to believe. I requested to speak to a supervisor and he stated one was not available and he would put in a request for someone to give me a call back within 7 to 10 days. I told him to put it in and ask for a rush so we could get this resolved as soon as possible. Shortly after I remembered Whitni assisting me with an issue a few years ago and I reached out to her where she was able to get him set up with no issues and had a tech out to his new apartment yesterday. She was so sweet and so knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and we were done in less than 30 minutes. I appreciate her taking the time out of her weekend to step in and get this resolved quickly. It is greatly appreciated.
Please let Whitni know that we appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond.

I would give this no stars if I could their service is absolutely horrible. Constantly drops my internet has gotten progressively slower. I have had them come out and try and fix it but it is an internal problem not our problem as I had no issues in the past until they did a system wide update. Ever since then it has been unusable frequently. Canceling service and have already went back to Spectrum. We will not be using WOW ever again.

I do not like writing reviews but WOW internet is really not been good for us. From the installers to the internet service to customer service. It has been bad, real bad.
So bad we created sayings like, WOW I am surprised they are even in business. Or WOW that was such incredible customer no-service time and time again.
To WOW, how is it that every single person and dept we have connected with was so unhelpful. We had service techs come several times to try and fix their problem with constant dropped service. And then there was so many over charges.
Think WOW is a cash-cow that owners are sucking it for what they can. I tried working things out with their poor service, equipment and customer service that was outsourced overseas. If you use them you will probably say, WOW why didn't I listen to this review.

Either Nulink or its buying company WOW have provided to me the worst experience i have even seen from a provider, nulink disconnected their service with no notice back in October 2021 - they left us with no internet for a month - no answer to calls and no explanation - i had to change to another provider, three months later suddenly they became 'WOW' and started prospecting again while sending me a bill to pay! - they never respond to their published "support number " phone but for sure, they will leave you with their automated messaging systems running Ads while waiting for "customer representative" that you will never get to talk to..!! one thing they can do better is: deception, unexplained billing and zero to poor internet service. so stay away from this company's internet service (WOW or Ex Nulink) ..

Horrible, horrible service would not recommend to anybody. Techs have been to my home on numerous occasions. Currently Wi-Fi has been down 3 days. Call WOW they give same 3 steps; have you moved equipment, unplug and plug back, just wait for some minutes.NOTHING!. Customer service rep states; I have done all I can do.

We pay a lot for 1.2 GB internet. I have an IT background. I have yet to see speeds even close to that. I may get half that speed sometimes. The customer service lines are a joke, looking up the number shows you customer service but connects you with Sales. All of their calls are outsourced and it is hard to understand the thick accents. I am a young person and good with technology So I can manage. If you are elderly or someone who does not understand computers or internet well I would stay super far away from this. This has been the worst service of internet I have ever had by a long shot.

Nothing but a hassle in getting my service started. It took 4 work orders just to get it some what right. Even on the 4th attempt the tech was sent to the wrong address. Still have cables that need to be hidden ( apparently another tech is coming out sometime ) if there was another company that services my area I would go with them instead of WOW. Customer service department does not know what they are doing. I was lied to when told that a work order was created, techs were sent to my old address instead of new. Thankful for the tech that did come out and actually did his job even after being sent to the wrong address and was told it was a self service call not a PRO installation. This company definitely did not “WOW” me.
Update: tech still hasn’t shown up to complete the job after two work orders were created. TERRIBLE customer service

Nu Link of Columbus, Georgia was sold to WOW. NuLink provided bad service but now the service is worse. My internet is slow speed. I have reached out to customer service 3 times today. The wait time is terrible. My last call was at 2:00. A representative came on the phone at 2:55 but did not acknowledge me. Instead I heard everything in the representative house. I heard cursing, baby crying and basically a conversation between two adults. When the representative got on the phone, the call was disconnected. It took 8 minutes and 45 seconds before someone realized I was on the phone. I said hello 3 times. WOW/NuLink is garbage. I will do without service for now. Disconnect.
