Our experience with Wordherd was disappointing due to several missed milestones and poor communication. The agreed-upon schedule was not followed, and while we understand that delays can happen, we expected clear communication, which we did not receive. Despite our weekly follow-ups, we were not informed of delays until the last minute. It was us who were constantly pushing for updates, despite having paid for the service upfront.

They delayed a project that should have taken only one month by four months. This caused several internal issues in our company and compromised our business goals. Due to this experience, we will not be working with them on other migrations as originally planned. This experience has caused us considerable frustration and a loss of trust in their services. We definitely won't recommend them to any other startups in our network.

They contractually agreed to no downtime on our website. We had downtime. Slow to respond. We as the client had to do a lot of troubleshooting and investigating just to get it across the finish line with minimally informative answers from Justin, that left us with no solution. At one point we were told GoDaddy is low quality web hosting. Email servers inter-company deactivated for a week and was no help in getting them restored, we had to look it up and do it on our own. Charged us for $200 extra in the middle of the process that wasn’t clearly explained, yet knew we just needed to continue to try to cross the finish line. Left us with an incomplete product and form entry email notifications not working. Poor service, communication, and OK finished product yet incomplete functionality. We had to continually prompt/follow up with him just to keep the project moving along. Really rough go with this company.

Other companies wanted one or 2 months. They had most of it done in 3 weeks. That is refreshing. They were also very accommodating when it came to fixing some issues that cropped up during the conversion.
