I had been called to go to a pre-screenimg and was given the address. When I got there, there was a lot of confusion since I wasn't on their list. They did have me fill out paperwork and I talked to one of the Dr's. for the study. I didn't qualify after but they will keep my info, in case another study that I might fit. They are so nice and are going to add some money onto the payment card they gave me! They are all very nice there.

I enjoyed my time here at Woodland Research Northwest. All the nurses and Doctors were professional and kind . I was here from December 3rd 2023 til February 12 ,2024. I liked my coordinators Lisa and Tyler. The guy Mr. Clay he did my clamps he did a great job answering my questions. The nurses Marquita, Robin, Preston, Brittany, Hersey, Jack, Cynthia were all professional and kind. Mike the drive was also very nice. If anything comes up in the future I'll consider doing a study in the future

I have been participating in a research study for current smokers. From my screening call with Ashley, to my initial appointment with Ana & Aleah (oh man, why can't I spell her name right?), the coordination was flawless. I checked in for a week stay and was blown away by the warmth and consideration show by the entire team. Amy, Tammy, Nikki, Hersi, Charity, Shawna, & Rob walked us through our requirements and answered questions when they arose. Kim, Preston and "X" (I forgot her name, but she had a birthday during our stay), as well as Steven and Mike were all integral to our comfortable and highly entertaining stay. Dr. Cook is an amazingly interesting human being as nd consummate professional. (He is also an incredibly talented author!)

I would recommend Woodland Research NW to anyone that qualifies for a study here. The team is amazing and the pay is impressive! If you are interested in participating, tell them I sent you. I will be an active participant in any qualifying study going forth!

Staff are very professional and kind. They answer all your questions. Doctors are professional and nurses do a very good job. If I was in charge I would give everyone at woodland research center a raise. I can't wait to go back and follow up on my appointment. Thank you woodland research center .

Clearly the best experience of a study participant that has extensive knowlege and involvement with other healthy clinical trial locations throughout the United States. Hands down, Woodland Research Northwest in Rogers Arkansas is by far the best study location I have dealt with in the 3 years of actively doing research studies of any clinic spread thoughout the United States. I am an active healthy research participant using studies as a very integral part of my income base per year, so when I say that they are hands down the best experience you are getting that from someone who has been to at least 60-70% of the other major clinics spread throughout the country that do extensive healthy study clinical trials.

A good chunk of this review has to be attributed to what the "sponsor" of the study drug is willing to do fincancially and as I don't know the close working relationship this "sponsor" has with ERG Rogers staff, it is evident that they both trust each other and the beneficary is clearly the study participant. It is what makes this review so positive. I don't want to publically go into all the details of what transpired that made this such a great experience, but in short, the "sponsor" allowed the staff of ERG the flexibility through funding to make study participants feel completely at home and went way above and beyond any other facility I have been to to ensure that we felt we were receiving executive level treatment that completely blew my mind in regards to the level of care, the individual flexibility to accomodate personal effects and the ability to provide services that makes you yearn to go back. If you reach out to me individually I will be more than happy to be a reference to them and tell you a few more specifics of what they were able to accomodate that was way different then any other clinical trial centers I have dealt with and I would put them at the top of all the rest. I almost had an issue with giving them such a glowing review because I think they are a hidden gem perched among a group of awesome clincal trial locations, and I fear the more that know and try to get into Rogers ERG, it will overwhelm them and they may have to revert to some of the other best practices that make the study participant experience less than what mine was.

In short if you have the opportunity to use the Rogers Arkansas ERG location, you really are getting a unique experience that is not only both a very atypical experience of any other research clinical center out there but also makes you feel lucky enough to have access to the fantastic cast of caring staff that will leave you wondering when is the very next time you are elgible to come back.
