We have been a customer of Widedata for several years now. They installed our phone system and handle our IT work with our computer network at our office. Can't say enough about their great customer service. Always fast to respond to any request for help and check in on us periodically to make sure we are doing ok. They will walk us through issues first on the phone to see if something simple that we can fix , and can remote in to our system to fix things after hours as well.
Makes it very painless on our end to get issues fixed ASAP.
Being in the service business ourselves, we hold our vendors to the same customer service standards that our own customers value, and they get an A+.

I have worked with members of the Widedata team for well over a decade. They are second to none in their commitment to their clients in this space. I am hesitant to recommend anyone to people I know when they need services, because so few are trustworthy, but I have no hesitation in endorsing this team.

They have always been easy to reach, available at a moment's notice, and speak at a laymen's level regarding internet security and networking issues so you remain part of the process.

They are very sensitive to the privacy concerns of their clients and I have seen them navigate extremely challenging situations in both office and personal environments while keeping data secure.

Recently, ransomware attacks from overseas hacked into our company twice in succession over the course of 2 weeks - attacks so devastating the ransomware even went inside the cloud servers we had for data backups. In this truly nightmare scenario for any company, our ongoing partnership with Widedata meant that 1) because they had multiple and various backups of our data, they had a solution and a security fallback which allowed us to restore all of our data and 2) they provided us 24/7 support from Day 1 to get us up and running very quickly considering what we faced (if this was a hurricane, it was a CAT 4+).

I cannot thank the team of Widedata, including Chris and Tim McNutt, enough for all of their help. They work very hard for their clients. I would recommend them wholeheartedly for anyone needing IT and security services.
