Mike worked so fast and described what he was doing it was a challenge just to answer his questions about choosing options that were available. He got the printer to talk to the router and laptop and explained how it all worked. He gave us an estimate of the useful life of our printer and another laptop that we have. Impressive.

Resolved my printer problem with my laptop but not my phone. Probably could have gone to an app that charged me but chose not too. Am happy with getting a way to print. Very helpful and pleasant young man who knows what he's doing.
