Should say open until at least 5pm people have to work also and can’t get off or be able to request time off just do lab work. Do better !!!

Stopped in to get a copy of results from a lab draw that I believed was drawn. Juanita went above and beyond to assist me. Unfortunately after much effort and no results , we discovered that I had the blood drawn at the local hospital. Juanita did not stop there, she phoned the hospital and asked to have the results faxed to her office in my behalf. I want to express my most sincere gratitude and praise for this woman! She provides exceptional customer service! She is an asset not only to the west pac lab, but our small rural community . Thank you so much Juanita keep up the excellent ethic.
