I’ve recently completed a study on acne at the West Dermatology Research Center. I had an outstanding experience throughout the study due to the excellent customer service, communication, and approachability of the staff. All the staff members I interacted with were friendly and prioritized my safety during the study.

Although I did not see a significant improvement in my acne, the study coordinator, Summer, the staff, and the derm, Dr. Zarbafian, provided me with a wealth of knowledge about my skin type and acne. This showed me that West Dermatology Research Center went above and beyond in treating me as a study participant.
