My drive stopped working. No warning, it just died. This drive was my backup drive for thirty years of photos taken from around the world. It also had recordings I made with my father when he was alive. Stuff I really didn't want to loose. I discovered WeRecoverData with a Google search. They got back to me right away, and gave me the option of dropping off the drive, or FedEx it to them. I dropped it off, and within a few days received a quote for doing the work. I would only pay if they were successful. They were able to recover all of the data on the drive, and put it on a reasonably priced external drive. They did the job quickly and kept me posted every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a drive fail.

Sent my hard drive in because it failed to load they called me and told me I had to pay $200 that I would not get back I figured that was what they needed to fix the drive but no they told me that was just to look at the drive and tell me it wasn't loading I already new that then they told me it would cost me $2700 and it would take two weeks if I wanted my data. now I'm not a big company with lots of money I'm just a guy on Disability trying to get his files back. I figured it was a rip off scam to get $200 knowing that if they told me the real price I would have not sent my drive in to pay $200 for nothing. its just sad to know they do people like this. I have worked on computers for years and have a good understanding of drives and how they work. but people you know when your being hustled so Beware of this company and others like them find someone you can Trust. I have learned a valuable lesson this week.
