Webroot somehow took over a service agreement that we had with Best Buy (geek squad) expired a long time ago. We keep getting charged from Webroot on our credit card. When we call webroot a rude custom service rep will give us the runaround and directs the call to Best Buy. Webroot's website has no contact information. Feels like we're stuck in a scam

Canceling the renewal is a PAIN in the $&@!
I’d bet they are making BANK at the average persons expense.
Took me 28 minutes to go through the cancel process.
Way to delay and discourage the cancel the automated renewal. Your stock holders gotta be proud of their earnings!
