Do not order products from this manufacturer. I spent almost a month trying to get a faulty transmission taken care of and they were zero help. I ordered a WAC light through Wayfair which arrived with a faulty transmission; initially Wayfair said I had to contact the supplier since it was a product issue. It took WAC over a week to send me an email saying they could not send me a replacement transmission and I had to go back through Wayfair if I wanted help. You can't send me a replacement to your own product? When I see the exact same transmission in stock on your site? Wayfair took care of their issue by resending the transmission, but it arrived and guess what–didn't work. Wayfair handled the return kindly and refunded me but of course WAC is asking for the product back. So now I have to spend more of my own time getting this light fixture back to them (oh and their two faulty transmissions). WAC Lighting is garbage much like their customer service. If you see a product made by them; absolutely do not buy.

I had a contractor install 7 Wac Lighting HR88 puck lights under my kitchen cabinets. They look nice as long as the bulbs last. That"s about 1 to 2 months. I had to buy packs of replacement bulbs. But good luck trying to replace them. Most of the time you can't push the pin bulbs back into the puck light fixtures receptacle, because the manufacturer made the internal spring tabs to tight . I have to cut the puck light wires in order to remove the lights so I can replace lousy bulbs.

We were sent a defective light. It was necessary to trim the cables as they give you lengths of several feet longer than reasonable for the size of the fixture. You void the warranty if you do this, but you can't install the light without doing this. Company is trash. Buy elsewhere.

WAC! dont buy their lights! Dont buy their lights!
wish someone had told me , because im stuck with this now.
have 27 assorted WAC fixtures throughout my landscape including 8 sconces. the sconces are the ICON series and with very little use, 5 of them have lost one of their drivers, and only half of the fixture illuminates . Called WAC, wrote WAC, tried to reach them through Linkedin…..nothing but the same reviews everyone else here has written……they are no help.
If I dont return them through the place i bought them, they cant be returned….right here on Long Island. I could drive them over.
4 years later, im supposed to have reciepts, or remember where i bought them! Terrible customer service. So I’m forced to report to warning others to buy a better product with true returns.

They don't stand behind their products nor do they honor their own warranties. I have lights that have failed that are still under warranty and they've been giving me a run-around since September and are just plain to refusing to live up to their warranties. A must to avoid. Their reply below is completely untrue. The retailer that we made the original purchase at went out of business due to Covid and I have been in contact with their sales department and they have not replied in almost a month nor made good on the warranty. I have emailed the address they mention almost weekly.
