Vons pick up lately gets you trash produce. I got groceries 2 days ago. The basil i noticed immediately because it arrived literally molding. The avocado was cut a day and a half after I picked them up. I got 3 they were all like this i put up pictures of 2. The carrots I got were slimy, it takes so long for carrots to get like that. I have used this service a long time but I've noticed this quality decline the last 3 times. So lately it's like they pick the produce from the trash, just crazy.

Vons in Lake isabella. Never had a problem until today. 15 items or less cashier named Peter was very rude and disrespectful. I was in shock to find out how rude he was when I asked him a question about how you pay your electric bill he knew nothing about it. And did not ask his co-workers or his manager or anybody the information that I needed. He just rudely kept on telling me he don't know. So when I shop there if I see Mr Peter I'm going to avoid him. I don't know if he was having a bad day or he's just normally rude. I finally asked another respectful nice employer and she gave me the information that I needed. And then I told Peter that yes they do you can pay your electric bill here

The store itself is great but the cooked food department is guess she's the manager of that area, she has no customer service and very rude. She acts as if she don't even want to be at her job and apparently this isn't the first time with customers showing her bad side. My wife and I was going to make a big purchase and she ruined the whole experience because she act like she didn't want to sell anything. People like that should be home, not around other people.

I like this Vons. Prices seem a tad bit high, but it's better than driving down the hill to Bakersfield - think of the gas you use!

The staff is good too. And there's a good selection here too.

We bought a house here a little over a year ago. I didn't know this store was here - we stumbled upon it one day. I wish I would've known earlier - we didn't know where to go to get groceries!

It's one of the only shopping grocery stores at the lake so it's all about location. They charge more but we gotta live an Eat so they have the best deals around

When turned on Points are suppose automatically change to cash off any of my qualified purchases at the Lake Isabella Vons. If you click off auto back to regular point rewards, any grocery rewards you choose will expire by the end of the month. APP needs a lot of Improvement 😕

Rotten food in nice store!

The supermarket looked nice from the interior and offerings but there is a clear issue with the cold chain and quality assurance.
We have bought a few different items (the last Hummus and a Kerry Gold cheese along some other products for our trip. We placed them in a fridge in the RV and drove off. The next morning we wanted to enjoy the hummus and cheese only to realise the the Hummus was open and the cheese had a "healthy" green colour. The cheese was mauldy.
An experience and shop which I will not forget.

Staff is friendly, store is usually sold out of sale items, and frequently out of everyday items. Price of all products are up to 3 times higher than most Von's. This is the only major market in the area. I would suggest Grocery Outlet (just down the street), or Dollar General also nearby.
