Alert! VW India sold my family a 1.0L Virtus instead of the ordered 1.5L! They offered to take it back at a 30% loss after just 1 wk Unacceptable! Even after escalating the case to VW management, I have heard of no remedial actions. Tells me the company does not disapprove of unscrupulous acts of negligent employees.
