I purchased phone service years ago for an annual subscription. In 2024 they charged my account 2x per month resulting in an overpayment of thousands of dollars. They refunded part of it and then was going to refund the rest, but instead charged me 4 more times in one day. I have filed a complaint with the BBB which there are multiple complaints stating the same issue. I have also reported the company to my bank. However the bank us only able to go back so far. I am now prepaid for service until 2036 for 2 phones!I have now lost thousands and the company is still running! Very very disappointed!

Same issue for me, as with many other reviewers! Last year, I had to deal with their auto-renewing service charging me for 6 two-year renewals....covering me through 2036. When I said in the support ticket that it sounds like a class action suit, I finally saw some refunds.
I was just charged 5 more two-year renewals, covering me again through 7/1/2036.
It seems as though this issue is now about a year old, and they still haven't fixed it --- appears to be by design now, and probably illegal.
DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU USE A 1-TIME CREDIT CARD NUMBER THAT CAN'T BE USED A 2ND TIME. Been a great service up until a year ago. What a shame....

IDO NOT USE VOIPO! TERRIBLE FRAUDULENT SERVICE!! I am one of hundreds of customers who have been billed erroneously for months. My 2 yr annual amount of $185.00 was charged once or twice a month to my business debit card for 8 months to the tune of $1600.00. I opened a ticket on January 29th & was told it would take 30 DAYS to refund my bank. I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REFUND!!! I finally got thru to customer service today & was told to call back on March 17th to see if the refund has been issued. There is no Manager or Supervisor taking customer calls & the CS rep said he has no one to help him resolve these fraudulent charges. This is crimminal and they should be put out of business! I am reporting to every agency possible.

Terrible and fraudulent ongoing service. Very difficult to resolve disputes and technical issues. On May 20, 2024 they charged our business credit card for $185 x 2. Both of which are invalid and unauthorized charges. AVOID AVOID AVOID They offered to give me additional 6 months. Clearly this was an intentional fraudulent billing charge, trying to gain a renewal on 2 lines, 18 months before they were due for renewal. FINALLY, got a response and charges were credited. Other customers are reporting the same issue. 2024-12-11 called customer service but recorded message says that they are unavailable and to email support.

Voipo has gone fraudulent! I have six charges since July 2024 of 185 dollars each, when that amount should be once every 2 years.
I can't login to account or reset password. Nobody is available by phone.

1). If you have Voipo, check your credit card carefully for every charge. Check to see if you can login. If there is any problem, discontinue service immediately and get another service.
2) Do not sign up for Voipo! I repeat, they have gone rogue and fraudulent, this is a company going bankrupt in real time as of Dec. 2024.

VoipO has charged me their annual fee five times this year. When you call them the auto-system tells you no-one is available to take your call and hangs up. Chat is not available either. This is being reported by multiple people on multiple review sites. I used their services for my fax line for 9 years and had no complaints until now. But fraud is fraud.

O MY GOD!!! THE MOST SCREWED UP PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY HAVE BILLED MY CREDIT CARD 8 MONTHS IN A ROW!!! THEN THEY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD 4 YES FOUR TIMES IN ONE DAY. $185.00 EACH TIME.. I CONTACTED THE FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION AND ISSUED A COMPLAINT . THEN THEY CHARGED YOU CREDIT CARD 4 TIMES IN ONE DAY FOR $185.00 NOBODY THERE HAS A CLUE WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. This company is very shady. As I am writing this review, I see that I am not the only one that they are screwing. I have been using this service for 15+ years. I rarely use it, but just it was nice to have a voip number. This year, I noticed that they charged my credit card 10 different times for the same annual charge, totally over $1,200 in over charges. I contacted support to get this refunded, and at first they tried to say that it was a two year renewal mixup. I then sent then the screen shot with all 10 over charges and requested a refund. I was told it would happen in 7 days. Now it has been 3 weeks and I just received an email telling me that they are working on it and if I call in or send an email to inquire about the status of my refund, then I would impact my refund. This is some nonesense. This company needs to be put out of business.
