I have been struggling to get a Visix solution installed at our location on my own. Once I engaged Visix support, however, the implementation went far more smoothly, and we are up and running! Hunter, the tech I've been working with was very patient and thorough, both in explaining the requirements and configuration, but also in detailing the nuances and dependencies within the system. He's a great support engineer, and so far, the Visix team and platform have been outstanding on all fronts!
