As new business owners, there's a lot of moving pieces and it's often times overwhelming. Especially when our business relies heavily on technology and networks that are well beyond our scope of understanding. Luckily for us, Ira, has been right by our side and often times, well ahead of us!

He's created our entire network systems and servers to protect our equipment and gamers. He's offered advice and suggestions that will make our business run more smoothly. Ira has found products for us at lower prices than we could have found on our own.

Ira has also been extremely generous with his time and has gone above and beyond to get ScreenTime Academy up and running.

Definitely recommend this business! Answered all my phone calls. Customer service and willing to go above and beyond is an understatement. I brought in two tv’s and a computer monitor for service and couldn’t be happier with the results. They strive for same day service but deliver on great turn around time so I had less downtime for my business. Photos to follow once I get set up again.

I was locked out of my HP laptop computer. With the expertise of the fine people at Memories IT they were able to restore my laptop. A tremendous amount of work went into coming up with a fix . They were extremely fair with their price to do so, not to mention their personalized service. I will be telling all my friends what an excellent job they did for me. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their computer fixed right.

Took my iPhone in get a new screen put on. Got the phone back and the right side is not responding. Was only in town for two days so I could not bring it back in as I explained to the service tech who took it in. Took it to an apple store two days later and was told that it was a defective screen. It is only not responding on the very extreme right side which only affects the screen when typing the letter p and l. Apple replaced the screen and now is working perfect.

Mechanical Nature

Tried to fix my iPad but it had been improperly fixed elsewhere in the past. They wouldn’t charge me for parts or labor upon discovering this (it didn’t make financial sense to continue with the repair.)
I’d bring things here the FIRST time.

We went into this shop as my laptop computer lid was falling apart, literally coming undone. Ira, the owner gave us directions exactly how to fix the lid, and even contributed the screws and nuts so that we didn't have to go purchase them. We may have had to pay close to $100 likely somewhere else if I was told to leave my computer at the shop. We will definitely recommend this place and go there if we have any other computer issues!
