Anastasia is unlike other trainers I’ve worked with before. Anastasia is truly a fitness professional who provides well thought out programming and advice. I have been using the Loose at the Gym and 20 minute abs templates - purchased from the VegShe site. I like that they are not intimidating and easy to follow. I also found the app easy to use to reference the movements. I’m happy that I bought both and have been able to complete the workouts at home while gyms are closed. I recommend VegShe services to anyone looking for support in their fitness journeys - both experienced and newbies.

I've taken fitness classes from Anastasia for many years now and she has always been a positive and encouraging instructor and trainer. I’m really picky about fitness trainers and Anastasia is the perfect fit for my workout style. I’m not always committed to a specific regimen and she taught me how to do modified versions of a push-up which I thought I could never actually do! She is not about how many reps you can do, instead she concentrates on form and making sure you don’t injure yourself or feel pressure to do more. It’s a gradual progression. I took a Barre class with her and although I found it be challenging she made me feel comfortable and she cheered me on when I struggled. I’m looking forward to my next training session with Anastasia and my goal is to be healthy and fit just like how she lives her life. She even gave me some vegetarian recipes to try!
