I have been going to the same eye doctor for 20 years until I moved to the area. I was nervous to leave the eye clinic that has been seeing me for so long. I went to one other clinic in the area before they shut down. Today I went to Vance Vision for the first time for a limited exam related to one issue with my eyes. I will definitely be going back to continue getting eye exams. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly, polite, and not afraid to smile and make eye contact. You guys rock!

Veterans beware. Got my glasses today in the mail box after a couple weeks, opened them up tried them on, and threw them in the trash can before I even went in the house. not at all what I ordered. I understand that being a vet that they are
“ free” but what a waste of my time and money and taxpayer money. Sorry guys. Learned my lesson!

Everyone in the clinic was incredibly nice and helpful. My husband saw Dr Winn and he was great. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs a good eye doctor and supporting staff! They are quick, but you never feel rushed! This will be our new regular eye doctor!

I've had glasses since I was like 3, so I've been to a lot of places over the years. I also have an autistic daughter who is 6, well she had her first eye exam and she was scared, causing a massive break down. The nurse and doctor were absolutely incredible with dealing with a autistic child and trying to make her feel as comfortable as possible. (No easy task) everyone of the staff were very kind and understanding, and it made our visit very personable, we left very happy. It was awesome.
