Rick Bennon has been a joy to work with in the stressful time of buying a new home in Green Valley AZ while trying to sell my home in CO. Vail realty is hands down the best real estate company in the vail valley. They’ve got numerous options for rentals and the most knowledgeable staff. Customer service is always 10/10 and much more accommodating than anyone else. I only use vail realty when renting or purchasing in Eagle County.

Rick was so very helpful in every way! We moved from CO. to the Del Webb Community. Rick sent us listings faithfully. We bought a house in the community and he walked us through everything. I admired his professional attitude. When we asked about something, it was taken care of that day! He made the purchase of our new home a pleasure. The POD driver called me at 6:00 a.m asking where he could drop our belongings? I called Rick and he arranged it. "The POD has been dropped" Thank you Rick!

After working with half a dozen real estate agents I’m grateful to have finally found Rick Bennon. I had 5 residential lots to sell. Previous agents would list them then pretty much forget about me. Sometimes there’s more to it than that. Rick listened and understood my challenges and actually went to work. He dug his heels in, got behind the scenes to find out what was going on in the neighborhood with builders, home owners associations, other owners and so on. He asked around and drummed up interest until offers started coming in, fully representing my interests every step of the way. He sold them all in a market that was far from hot. The whole experience was pleasant and effortless on my part.
