The most ignorant staff I have ever encountered
Right away the person behind the counter became defensive and judgmental (body language). I proceeded with a genuine greeting which he showed no interest in hearing I then as my simple question which he again wasn’t interested in hearing. He only responded try click away. In which they referred me to this user not so friendly company. Make sure you don’t have a cane or anything wrong with u if u choose to patronize this place. As for me I’ll take my money elsewhere. Where I’m not judged because of my disability

Matt and the folks at User Friendly Computing are just that: friendly and super effective at repairing computers. I am self-employed and rely on my laptop for work and was nervous there would be downtime while I got it repaired. Matt took my computer in on Friday and made a same day assessment of what the problem likely was. He called and explained to me his process and what he thought the likely culprit was. He then ordered the part which arrived on Saturday and the computer was ready to go on Monday. Super fast turn around, super welcoming staff. These guys are awesome. I will surely be a returning customer.

My laptop started smoking and shut down. Never a good sign.
I called Travis at User Friendly computing and within a day he was able to extract the hard drive and save the data files! He was responsive and professional and the price was reasonable.

We have been using User Friendly for a number years and can recommend them without reservation. They are knowledgeable, fast and reasonably priced. Their ability to explain what the problem is and how it can be fixed is always very understandable.

It has been a while since I stopped by for computer help, but today I nervously brought my dead laptop in and they were able to get it checked out and running in 10 minutes... and did not even charge me!!! It turned out to have had a little water damage and also was suffering from my constant over-use. They gave me clear and helpful information on how to keep it more responsive and trouble-shoot for myself in the future. Would highly recommend these guys. Thanks!!!!

I'm so glad they're still around. I've literally used these guys longer than the 7+ years they've been around. I remember watching The Hurt Locker at his house while he was fixing a RROD issues on my Xbox 360 before they even had a true store front. I had an issue with my PS3 on my most recent trip and they used a part from a PS3 of theirs on premises (used for parts) to get mine running properly for mere pennies on what it should've cost! An amazing bit of much customer service that so many companies forget about. Will continue to use for another 7+ years. loll
