I first discovered US itek when I needed a specialty cable and couldn't wait for shipping. Of course, Best Buy and Radio Shack didn't have the cable I needed (just as well. Their prices are astronomical anyway). A friend told me to try this little shop called US itek. Lo and behold, they not only had the cable I needed, but at an extremely reasonable price!

After chatting with the owner, he brought me back to his office and showed me his personal setup of equipment and even informed me where I could find the best parts and prices online for my own DIY laptop upgrade.

Fast forward a year or so. I am in the process of doing my own laptop upgrade and I accidentally strip a small screw. Once again, Best Buy was useless, so I knew just where to go. The sales associates/technicians were extremely helpful, digging through a pile of screws to find me a suitable replacement at no charge.

Forget the big name tech stores. If you have ANY home or office technology needs GO TO US ITEK FIRST!

I needed a new computer but didn't want a big box store computer. I came across US Itek while searching Google. From the moment I walked in the door they never pushed anything on me. We talked about what I needed it for (music production) and the budget I had and they built me the best and quietest computer I've ever had. I will definitely return for my future needs.

Just got my new computer from US Itek and couldn't be happier how smooth everything went. From first meeting the salesman Rob who listened what I wanted, to his due dilgents to search for multiple computers closest to my specs at the best price. What was missing on the computers he looked for they are able to add on because they have thier own Tech department. So one stop shopping. Rob was very friendly and customer service oriented. Also, well worth the price to have their tech guy do a in-house visit to deliver the computer and transfer all your data and load any of your programs for you so if anything goes wrong the tech person can fix it there. Never had a smoother transfer with a new computer. I would recommend them.

I recently picked up a computer at US itek. I had a wonderful experience there. As somebody who has worked in the IT industry for many years now I can say with confidence that US itek is running a top of the line operation when it comes to IT solutions.

They have very nice, knowledgeable staff that are eager to assist you. Their prices are more than reasonable, and the service is second to none.

So happy that I found them. It's really hard to find good IT support these days. I can rest easy knowing that I have them right around the corner if I ever need the help.

Would definitely recommend that local people steer clear of this establishment. Do yourself a favor and purchase your components on Amazon, Newegg, etc. I was sold parts that didn't work and was called out of town on business for a few months. The response was too bad even though they still sell the product. I will be sending a letter to the manufacture that a distributor refuses to provide support or warranty claims for an item.

US Itek has provided great computer support for the dental office of Dr. Robert J. Meisner's for 7 years!! The technicians are well trained, prompt and polite. Response time is fast. I would recommend this company!

Needed am3+ mount for cpu fan, all 3 workers looked for it great service. They even have a subcomponent levl repairmen, probably the only one in WNY. People have commented saying prices of screens for phones are high and that theyre made when they cant be replaced, but these people want instant gratification and simply do not understand how repairing phones and ipads work.

Honestly, this company is disgusting it's not worth my time going here, it's terrible, the employees are just not helpful my friend wanted his screen repaired for his iPad, even it was a small spider crack, they say they couldn't fix it because it's messed up. Honestly if you have people like that, Do talk to them and make sure we customers get what we deserve
