Former customer. The service simply doesn't work as advertised. They simply outsource the energy data management to a team in India and nothing is automated about it. I felt that the management team oversold its capabilities, and the support for the product simply isn't there. They are just looking for a big company to be stupid enough to buy Urjanet.

In response to the Urjanet employee who gives the company a 4 start rating, it doesn't surprise me that you don't know who your customers are (or were in this case).

Urjanet also participated in The White House Energy Datapalooza. Urjanet has such a unique position at the intersection of big data and energy management. I'm really excited to see how the company will grow.

Just to disclose - I'm the marketing manager for Urjanet. I've been employed here for almost 6 months. In response to the negative review, we don't have a record of ever doing business with a Dave Phillips. That's the crux of internet anonymity.
