All the 5 star reviews either they have to be employees or paid!...coming from former Microsoft employee. It's clear to see they have no idea what user friendly should be. Since Texas is a sovereign republic it's no wonder it's outdated and useless tech!

You better hope you never have to call their support. Because they make it impossible to talk to anything other than a robot.

You dial the support number and are presented with 5 or 6 options.
You select an option, only to be presented with another 5-6 options.
You select one of those, and you guessed it. Another set of options.

If none of those options are what you need, it hangs up on you. There is no way to connect to an agent.

There is nothing "Enterprise" about their support. Enterprise means 24/7 support via phone is available to help when you have an issue. I've had better customer support from Walmart, and theirs is free.

Absolute garbage of a company. They run the TexFile system and it is constantly down. When you try and call to report problems, there is no human available--it's all automated recordings. This is an enormous problem when you have filing deadlines. This company should be shut down permanently and it is insane for any government to contract with them.

Hope you have a friendly deity to help you if your government agency decides to use Tyler Technologies software. It's cumbersome, user un-friendly, often doesn't work, and if you ever need support you are out of luck.

It's clear Tyler Tech does little, if any, work with the private sector. This software is entirely for organizations that don't care what their users think and only want a solution to further the distance between public servants and the people who pay taxes.

If your local agency is considering Tyler Tech, weigh in early and loudly not to do business with this company.

I worked there as a temp employee for a project. The building has all of the amenities that I needed (coffee, tea, drinks, snack area (paid), on site gym, etc. I was always greeted with a smile and the staff on site was great to work with. My position was geared more towards shipping/receiving and everything ran like a well-oiled machine.

I would recommend this place for employment.
