One of our staff accidentally broke a clients glass door. This occurred in an exclusive country club and our client only expects the best. Needless to say I needed to have this repaired immediately. I called at least 4 other window companies and they didn’t even have a time slot within the week to come out and check our broken glass. When I spoke with the owner of Turbo Glass Innovations and expressed the urgency he was able to come out within 2 hours. In a very professional manner, he was able to take care of the broken glass and make the door safe until the new glass could be installed. It was ordered immediately and within 2 days the repair was completed. Our client was very happy with the final repair.
