Unquestionably outstanding. I'm a new resident in Prescott Valley and I now know I have found the Expert Tech Support I can count on when I need it. Summer handled my initial inquiries with grace, patience and calm, enthusiastic energy. Once I brought my PC and Printer in for a diagnosis, (after struggling with it myself for weeks and thinking that it all may now be in their shop for a few days), I received a text in a matter of hours that I was all set and ready to go. Jeremy, the manager, explained to me in easily understandable terms what the technical situation was and how they corrected it. Now everything is working like a charm. I am already considering other tech questions and needs that I might bring to their attention, to seek their counsel and solutions. Great job, team. Your positive reviews are well-deserved, IMO. My desktop was refusing to let me enter anything but numbers. I dropped it off and was told it would be ready the next day. They called me that afternoon and said it needed a BIOS date reset and was ready the same day. Great customer service at a reasonable price.
