Buyers of Tekla software, beware. Before getting Tekla, be certain you will utilize the software. I purchased a 1-year subscription thinking it would benefit me in doing some contract work. Within a few days I reached back out to see if they would refund me and cancel the license (I even asked for them to prorate the refund by taking an entire month). They absolutely will not provide a refund of ANY kind. I'm sure it's standard policy in the software world, but I would like to think providing great customer would take a higher priority.

Their support phone number leads directly to an unnamed voicemail and there is no way, or suggestion that it is possible, to talk to a human to resolve an issue. Unacceptable.
