Outstanding service and knowledge. Had a home computer that wouldn't boot at all. He saved all my data, installed Windows and then discovered that my secondary hard-drive was not working which was causing my system to not boot. Restored my entire computer and installed new drive and everything was exactly like it was before. Very fast service and fairly priced!

A request that the warranty be honored resulted in a hostile response from the owner. He demanded payment to install a driver to make a computer fully functional. He kept insisting the computer worked perfectly, and I would have to pay him to fix it. That doesn't even make sense. He was aggressive and resorted to name calling.
