This company originally reached out to us claiming that our website source code is what was causing us to not have high ranking on SEO and that we needed to switch to them so we decided to trust them. However after further research and talking with other companies (who have our best interest and who didnt care if we paid for their service or not), we learned and confirmed that focusing on Google my business and putting a physical location were the highest leverage things we could do for our business as well as focus on reviews and update posts not the code. This company also were telling us that it’s best for us to switch off of WordPress when in reality WordPress is one of the best platforms we can use for SEO. They mislead us and are just after the money

It’s really a shame you can only give Townsqaure interactive 5 stars! They deserve 100 stars. I been with them for 3-4 years always have good interaction with their staff.
But one staff member really stood out to me in the last few weeks… Charles this one is for you! I really hope the Onwer, CEO, the Big person sees this!
Charles, it’s me the guy that lost the debit card. Lol. Never in my life have I had the opportunity to talk to someone that Absolutely loved there job! You sir called me on a bad week. But the way you handled my bad Situation and assured me everything was good, made me have a great week! I know we will Probably never speak again Or you might not even see this post but I pray you stay laughing and always keep your positive Attitude! You my friend can light the world on a dark day. So if anyone sees this.. Please tell Charles in the finance department I said thank you for lifting the weight of the world off my shoulders with that 5 mins phone call. If you have a few spare dollars buy that man a coffee or what ever makes him full of Energy! Town Square interactive should be proud to have you as an Employee!!! Value was shown quickly. Answers to questions I had came easily. I'm excited to move forward with this company. Colton is knowledgeable and likable. I have the weekend to get together the changes to the website, the pictures to post, login info Facebook And website. I am excited that Monday phone call goes as well as initial contact.

Run from this company!!!! Unfortunately, I did not look at reviews before signing up to have my website remade. If you get deceived into working with this company prepare to be passed from person to person with no real work being done. The website was slapped together and passed off to the next person as fast as possible. It was just a carbon copy of what I already had. Their work is full of of grammar issues and misspelled words. They fumbled up my google listing. There is no follow through on promises. It was a big mistake for us to get involved.
Townsquare Interactive is a massive scam and fraud. Once I called to cancel, they immediately billed for the next month and claimed that they cannot refund it. They do not provide any real services, they just take your money and tell you that they are "working on your account" when they are actually doing nothing at all except for billing you each month. They will place a generic comment below saying that they will reach out, but no one really wants to fix anything.

Townsquare Seems Great at First – But It’s Just a Waste of Time and Money!

At first, Townsquare seemed like a great choice for SEO and website services. They were friendly and professional in the beginning, but once I signed up, everything changed. The process dragged on with pointless weekly appointments, and they took forever to complete the website. When they finally delivered it, it was full of mistakes. Even after multiple edits, it still took more than four weeks to fix basic issues.

When I raised concerns, they became rude and dismissive. It’s clear that all they really care about is locking you into monthly payments rather than delivering quality work. My advice—never order a website from them! Hire a freelancer instead. Freelancers work faster, communicate better, and actually focus on your needs. Townsquare wasted my time, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Stay away!

I've been with Townsquare for 6 months and all was good until I decided to go with Media Tune for marketing and website management. When I mentioned this to Townsquare, they obviously didn't like the fact that I was no longer needing their services so they took my website down instantly. No grace period, nothing. Usually you would have 2 weeks to switch over to allow for another website to be designed and not have any downtime. They shut it down immediately. I now have to scramble to get a new site up and running before my Google ranking drops. Thank goodness Media Tune is on it and working tirelessly to get an new site developed and published quickly. I honest had no issues with Townsquare until now. They showed their true colors and now I wish I would have listened to all the negative reviews about them. Thousands of dollars wasted on nothing. Thanks Townsquare.
