We have an old school Toshiba phone system and came in after a long weekend and were unable to get into our voicemail. Got on our google machine and was able to find Toshiba Phone Support and decided to give them a try. We had to create a request via their website and they called us back the next day. I was walked through various commands to enter and was told that for some reason all our programming had been erased. It was not able to be fixed over the phone, but I was given technician numbers in our area, which can be difficult to find as these phones are OLD.

I was impressed with the support person I spoke with. He was friendly and professional and I appreciated when he told me he would not be able to dig deeper remotely and we would need to call a tech to come to our office.
