An outstanding experience on my end from Toshiba's business solutions. My business felt stuck in the pass by keeping hundreds to thousands of paper copies of client agreements. Toshiba was able to consolidate and ensure digital storage for my contracts; additionally, they also helped me obtain a newer-up-to-date printer with a warranty! Would recommend!

Purchased a new custom built laptop. It arrived with the case misassembled. They want 2 days for a return authorization, three weeks to replace the unit or five days to return my money. Apparently if you don't return it within 14 days of your order including build and shipping time you cannot return it. Customer service, oh none to speak of. Makes you wonder about what else quality control missed. Not likely I will do business with them again.

On a scale of 1 to 10 this company deserves a -5. Customer Service is lousy, the only "Authorized" Toshiba Repair Service for the entire east coast is located in an out of the way obscure little town in a not so nice area. Both warranty and on-line technical support are marginal and inefficient. I will never again buy a product manufactured by this company or any of its affiliates. As a matter of fact if they were giving them away I would not even get close and advise all other interested parties to BEWARE!!!!!

I bought two Toshiba Satellite Computers at Best Buy last year and I have had nothing but problems with the keyboard. Keys randomly stop working ( ie a and n and the maybe backspace, l and p or space bar. I have had it "repaired" 3 times in the 12 months since I purchased it. My mother in law has the other and rarely uses hers but now she has taken it for repair once for the same issue. Now, I have had my computer back for a month since the last repair (and warranty has since expired) and the keys are sporatically going out again. 800.00 down the drain after a year...never again.

Have a toshiba laptop. After a few months of normal personal use it started to crash. I tried doing factory reinstalls with all updates and no fix. Sent to Toshiba under warranty and was sent back saying they fixed a problem but not what they did to fix it. Still had problems so I called Toshiba back, this time the said they would send to a 3rd party for "escalated" repair issues. ((RED FLAG company that makes it has to send it to someone else for the REAL repairs, not to mention when you call the company the voice mail doesn't mention who the company is)). Received laptop and was dead. Thought might have ran the battery down. Plugged in and was OK, unplugged a couple days later and batter dead and now laptop will not turn on at all. After "escalated" repair it is worse than the first problem was and that was random crashing. Called Toshiba and they wouldn't let me talk to anyone accept to send it back and let them try again.

I bought a a Toshiba TV from Costco 3 years ago and the screen is already going! It continually turns black! After spending over an hour with various Toshiba employees from India there was no resolve! Their solution: to take my 46" TV two hours away and pay for a repair as my tv was out of warranty! When I left a message with the Irvine location a woman called me back and agreed that it was okay to spend close to $600 every three years to buy another tv! Absolutely no understanding or empathy. Toshiba lacks ethics & moral fiber! That is the last Toshina product I will ever buy!
