I just had the same experience. Worst product ever. No support and no resolve to any issues. They were great at delaying every issue that was brought to their attention. NEVER SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS. They do not offer what they promise. You will lose money.

11/2022 Tigerpaw Unleashed is the "cloud based Tigerpaw" It is accessed via remote desktop into a virtual machine. Calling this cloud based is generous and only passible by technicality. Production has grinded to a halt as the virtual machine have issues with printing, Exporting, Crashing, Support times, and a one hour time out counter. The software is new so it may improve over time however I don't believe we were warned of how sever the early adopter fee would be to our productivity.

11/2022 Edit/Update: They have reached out and our service has improved dramatically. Some of the issue still stand like The cloud based service claim, But for the most part the program works and it seems to still be getting updates.

12/2023 Final Update: We left the platform earlier this year, the "cloud" Version never improved . to get our info out of Tigerpaw we had to export everything onto Excel Spreadsheets... Overall if you aren't using the "Cloud" version it was a decent product with an antiquated UI but it worked and was fairly reliable do not get the "cloud" version it is a worse experience in every way.

By "cloud" they mean they will have you remote desktop into a Virtual machine offsite. This is hardly a cloud product in my opinion.

Their software was a nightmare. After trying to get it run and paying someone else to install and then teach it to us, I was told it can’t do what I wanted even though it was in there system but was broken at the time. We spent a few thousand dollars for the software that did not work and then was told I needed the contract for it in order to help us further(about 3 months went by with it still broken). We had a contract for a 3 months but still did not work and that was the reason to cancel the contract. Horrible experience that cost us thousands of dollars. Spent money on a system that did not work paid for a person that tigerpaw told us to use to help with the training and install then still did not work. Never got our money back or even a sorry.

I just had the same experience they have the decency to send me to pay the rest of the contract to pay for a product that never worked or not even installed correctly. bunch of jerks this software worth a shxxxt . instance never had this experience with any vendor like that. NEVER SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS.
