This place is hidden Gem in a town. I had to replace my LCD panel for my old laptop so found this place by Google search and I am satisfied! The employee was very knowledgeable and friendly, and price was very reasonable; oh! very efficient communication too! I recommend this place if you have issues with your computers (either Desktop or Laptop)

I went in due to my laptop idling and running super slow. I wasn't sure what the problem was but two hours later it was fixed and I love my laptop again. Price was a lot less then I thought I was going to have to pay. EXCELLENT service, will recommend to others.

Sent in my PC to get upgraded. Really knowledgeable and professional. Made me feel really comfortable. Ran into some problems with my cpu and they let me know right away to get it all situated. 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend if you want your rigs built or upgraded. Pros: Good service; frequent updates
Cons: Repair takes a while; few bumps in the road.

I went to Think Computers because it was near and had good reviews. The back of my computer needed replacing because it wouldn't close. I gave them my laptop and they called me to give me a quote. I thought it was fair so I told them to proceed with the fix. A week later, I get a call and the part was delivered dented so they ordered another one. The second part also came dented, so they order a third. Each part takes about a week to ship. Now, I know it isn't their fault, so I'm patient.

They finally get a part that wasn't dented and the technician installs it. HE CRACKS MY SCREEN. Bruce, the guy that has been giving me updates, apologizes and says they'll replace my screen for free. I'm upset but that's fine. A week and a half goes by and they receive my screen. I drop my laptop off and pick it up in the afternoon. I go home with it and there are dead spots on my display. When my boyfriend drops it off the next day, they found that it was just dust, but guess what. THEY CRACK MY SCREEN AGAIN. So now I get to wait another week and a half and pray they don't crack it again trying to replace the cracked screen that they caused TWICE. This is the final straw.

Bruce is a good guy. He has been apologetic and helpful this entire time. The customer service has been great; the actual service has not been. I have gone a month and a half (SO FAR) without a working laptop and that is too long of a time for anyone, especially a student like myself.
