Excellent service every time, if you have PC problems of any kind they will get it sorted in a reasonable time and price.

They do not know what they are doing. Very bad communication as well. They reset my laptop without letting me know that not everything will pass over(my MOST IMPORTANT THINGS) and then they created a new microsoft account just to sign into it and now it doesn’t give me an option to sign out of this phony account and into my actual account. All my passwords/finger print data gone. And then they said “you’ll just have to reinstall software and you’re set”. Not even close none of my present passed over and they did not mention any of that. The worst part of it is that they don’t give a damn about your personal things.

7 years of presets, software, downloads, settings all gone!
IF I DIDN’T CALL BACK AND COMPLAIN THEY WOULD’VE KEPT MY ORIGINAL DRIVE AND PROBABLY THROWN IT AWAY.
These people are amateurs. If you have something very important to you DON’T take it here!!

I’ll have to send it out of town/state to someone else so it can actually be fixed smh.

I had an issue with my pc not displaying a picture on my monitor, even though it was fully booted up. I noticed that this business was near to me and the reviews were almost all good. I would like to add another good one.
The level of professionalism that I encountered was top notch. Both Josh and Patrick were knowledgeable and very friendly. They took my pc into the shop, and kept me informed of every step of the repair through text and email. They gave me a quote for the repair, and that was the price I paid when I picked it up. My pc now displays properly, and flawlessly. I even got an email from the owner a week after my ticket was closed, asking about their service. I don't think you can get much better than this company!

I have used this company many times in the past for cell phone, tablet, and computer repair all with great results. Recently had Matt and company out to install security cameras, and these guys did not disappoint!! High resolution cameras were installed, and those guys battled through extreme temperatures in the attic running data cables. Our Spectrum customer service opening up ports for remote use proved to be the most difficult portion of this job, and the guys did not let that keep them from making sure all facets of the job were complete. My family very much appreciates the time and effort from Matt and Lyle on this job, and we will continue to use The Tech Doctor!!
