There aren’t enough stars to show my respect and admiration for Iris and her team at the Power House! We bought our house during the time the market was basically a war zone. Over bidding and cut throat offers almost got the best of me and I was about to give in. She stuck with us week after week. She got us pre-approved going into it and her strategy to pivot and change our bidding approach as needed got us the house we wanted. The process after that went quick and painless.
