Noemi went out of her way to accommodate my dad for his memory test. I had his appointment time wrong and she was able to fit him in. This was extremely important as he has had significant memory issues and getting him in for testing was delayed due to frequent hospital visits. I also want to compliment the office staff who answer the phone and schedule appointments. They are always pleasant.

We saw Dr Cobb on 10/10 and requested a new sleep study to diagnose chronic fatigue. To rule this out Dr Cobb requested my wife use her CPAP continously for at least 8 hours a day for 30 days. But she had no CPAP supply provider. Thus began our 6 week odyssey with this practice.

My wife and I had a poor experience with this practice. Neuro Center uses AeroCare for CPAP Supplies.

In order to get CPAP supplies you must have doctor's note that says you are using your CPAP machine at least 30 days in a row, you have obstructive sleep apnea (of course), and you are benefitting from the use of the machine. Oh and the patient's DOB and SSN so they can put you in the system with Anthem.

From early Oct to late Nov despite repeated calls to NeuroCenter and Aerocare, nothing was done. No doctor's note, no follow-up to Aerocare. Nothing was done for us. No customer care. Nothing. In the end, you have to do all the work. We had to call our Primary Care Physician and ask for all of this.

Dr Cobb's practice unfortunately did nothing for us. Nor did his Nurse Assistant. We had to start all over as though we had never visited NeuroCenter on 10/10 for our Consultation. If you ever just need simple CPAP supplies, and already have a CPAP, just go through your PCP. Do not bother with NeuroCenter. It's too bad that we had to go through so much trouble just to get into the system for simple CPAP supplies. It sure would be nice if respiratory therapy made getting CPAP supplies as easy as breathing.

I've been a patient with The Neuro Center since 2019. I can't say enough about the staff and doctors here but I have to give extra credit to Kate Jurgensen. I started working with her a couple of years ago. She listened to my issues, jumped into action with a plan to address my spine issues and is responsible for me getting to a great surgeon who replaced two bad discs in my neck. Kate is a great provider but she really listens and makes sure she takes care of her patient. The surgery I had improved my quality of life when I felt pretty hopeless and I can't say enough about the treatment I've received from both her and Dr. Cobb. Wonderful practice!

Dr. Cobb and his staff are wonderful! The staff is especially kind and very easy to work with when it comes to scheduling an appointment and seeing Dr. Cobb or his PA. Dr. Cobb addressed my situation and gave a solution to my problem in a very timely manner. I recommend this office and staff highly !

I have been using Dr. Cobb for about 5 years now and he is always spot on with my treatments. His staff did go through a rough spot during and immediately after Covid as did most employers but they have gotten it all straightened out now. They answer calls and messages right away and work with you to get appointments that work for you and your schedule. I would definitely recommend Dr Cobb and his staff.

Dr. Cobb has been such a blessing to my entire family. Unfortunately we have had more than one family member treated by him for neurodegenerative disease. Dr. Cobb always goes the extra mile to explain the phase that we are in, what we can expect, as well as various options to consider and try. You will not find a more caring or knowledgeable doctor in North Georgia!
