This is a co business work shared space that is amazingly tranquil professional and welcoming. Staff is all wonderful. They offer memberships with outstanding benefits on scales to fit your needs. They are a conscious work space. There is an open design that accommodates work and a comfortable peace for breaks. It's a must see and tour. They also have free event open to public events. There is quality without the need of quantity. Memberships can be pricey but it is something to work upto in the design of growing. Cons ... parking in Venice.

I finally found a co-working space with a soul! Incredible space, great people, really engaging programming. KINN is so much more than a space to work - you can actually amplify your business here through other members or the events. AKA I had 70 people join my Startup Cafe event to hear my book interview - and they were stellar, connected entrepreneurs. Huge fan of the team as well. Definitely check it out.

I have been a member of The KINN since its opening and love it! It is not just a gorgeous space, but a true community hub for like minds who care about personal and societal growth. Amazing co-working space. Quiet upstairs workspace with high ceilings, natural light and plants. Events downstairs every day on a variety of topics. Everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend!

The Kinn is hands down one of the best co-working spaces I’ve ever experienced! From the moment you step in, you can feel the attention to detail and thoughtfulness that went into creating this space. The atmosphere is calm yet energizing because everyone there is just on their game! I love the vibe, the people, the bar with the lovliest teas and coffees and even the gorgeous bathroom with tub! The events they host weekly are super valuable and fun! Love working there.
