The associates I have interacted with at this store have generally been helpful and courteous.

When I have needed an associate to assist with something specfic, I typically find the closest associate and ask them to call for someone to help me. They have always been helpful and made the call. The response rate seems to run between 60-70%, however. I have had occasions where I've ask someone to call a couple of times before I got assistance and 1 case where I just left the store.

Today, I see that all of the electrical wire is locked in cages. Unfortunately, probably necessary to combat theft but a real pain for a customer planning on a quick in and out trip. It's probably not actually true but it feels like the more product that is locked in cages, the less available associates are to unlock it.

This store has had inventory issues for at least the past 5 years. It is to the point now that if the website says they have 2 or less, I don't bother to go to the store. If they have it, associates can't find it. I typically have better luck finding things on my own. I've become much more familiar with their top stock than a customer should need to be.

There is this one guy that works there. I think his name is Mark. He works in lumber. He is a very kind and sweet young man. He helped this elderly lady into her car yesterday. Not everyone takes there time and stop in the mist of grabbing buggies to help someone get into there vehicle. This same young man also took the time to demonstrate to someone how there project would look with 2 by 4 boards

Had to get a house key made. Staff was exceptional in helping me to find the right blank and cutting the new key. Special shout out to Ms leslie Harvey, my key maker.

I went to Home Depot in Dublin yesterday, I had a return. It wasn't busy, so I walked right up. The lady looks at me, I said it was online. And gave her my phone number. She said do you have your receipt or the order number? I said no , it's in the car, but can't you pull it up with my phone number? She said without either one of those you will get a gift card. So I said hold on let me get my phone.

When I get back in she had gave my return to another lady working there also. One lady was standing behind them. Now I get the feeling these ladies are laughing at me! I look at the one standing in the back and she just covers her mouth like laughing. I didn't say anything to either of these women, I just finished my return and left.
I'm not prejudice, I don't make fun of anyone. All of the associates were black.. I am white. Whoever said black people are treated with racism has never been to Dublin Home Depot. Cause there's some nasty people who work there.

During Hurricane Helene the Dublin, GA store rocked my generator purchase. They were so organized, friendly and kept us updated every step of the way. Many of us had been there since 430 that morning. They brought everyone something to sit on, water multiple times and donuts. They made sure none was breaking in line and that everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing. Even thought I had to wait a long time the customer service the employees demonstrated made the wait manageable. Thank you Dublin Store

I don't like talking bad but I think they have too many people working there and nobody knows what you are really supposed to get shorted me about 120 dollars worth glad I was paying attention or I would have had to go back 30 miles to get my stuff

Came in to get to talk about a few home improvement things and get some stuff we needed & were lucky enough to get Greg to help us! He was so funny and really helped give some insight otherwise I wouldn’t have thought about. Thanks Greg, I hope you get some recognition for being awesome!

This stores inventory is consistently wrong! I have wasted my last trip to this store! People complain about the rise in online shopping, but this is why.
