I’ve been a member at this facility since it opened. There are many loyal members who are friendly. Owners are helpful, friendly, and often can be seen communicating with their members.
My biggest criticism is the company’s lack of vision and dated machinery. The treadmills have been there since they originally opened along with most of their cardiovascular equipment. They have brought in “some” new equipment both there is a clear lack of commitment in updating with newer technology. This, in my opinion, is what is clearly holding them back. I will be cancelling my membership because of this. Rusted equipment, power racks, and bars just shows a complete lack of integrity.

Hands down the best gym in Rochester. Great equipment, lots of room, never had to wait for any machines. Owners and staff are fantastic.

Great place. 24hr gym but you can buy a week. If weekly you can only workout during staffed hours. Quite a bit larger than I expected!! So many different stations for different workout styles.

Former trainer here that finally found a facility with quality equipment and a great environment. No pushing fad diets, no fat shaming, no sales pitches; just hard work and well researched information.

The trainers here are highly qualified with a plethora of advanced certifications. Overall a great gym with a ton of options for advanced lifters and those that need help getting started with programming.

My experience has always been amazing! The friendliest of the staff and fellow patrons is top notch!! If you are looking for an inclusive gym to meet your goals that you can be comfortable in, regardless of your athletic starting point, this is the perfect spot!!

Pat Good, George Bad. Pat and Ty are the only good part about this gym. If you need personal training PAT IS THE MAN (he did not pay me to say this). The owner has been incredibly rude to me and my friends on multiple occasions. Don’t waste your money here. Never got my Free T Shirt:(

This business is incredibly deceptive. Be cautious when signing up for a trial month—make sure you understand the terms! The front desk staff was unhelpful and failed to disclose any details about the contract. I ended up having to pay $99 just to cancel the membership.
