I'm looking to have a collection of art copied. I lived in East Point and at The Village Church. No, I'm Toccoa, Georgia, and I have worthless art I bought from an artist from the Savannah School of the Arts.

We experienced terrible customer service that was irrational and volatile. I went today with my teenage daughter. We purchased 4 color prints of her one page resume. Her first one. It was a sweet moment for us & my daughter was excited and expressed interest in working at the print shop and gave one of her resumes to the attendant.

We were told that the prints would cost $4 at $1 each.
I gave my daughter a $10 bill to pay with. She received the change folded up and put it in the middle console of our car upon our leaving.
A few minutes after we left I went to get that change to pay for something and noticed that there were only three dollars.
I assumed there was just a mistake and since we were just around the corner I decided to stop by and pick up the difference.
I called first to let them know in order to avoid mentioning the mistake in front of other customers.
The same woman who had served us answered our call. I reminded her of who we were and what we purchased with a light hearted good attitude.
She informed us that there was a $2 fee because we sent the document to the shop via us email.
Although this is a fee that she hadn't mentioned, I thanked her for clarifying told her it was no big deal, and was glad that I'd called before going in. She quickly got both defensive and offensive, raising her voice at me saying how the $3 change that she gave us was too much in the first place. She continued to escalate to a point of yelling and accused me of saying she was trying to "steel" money from us and when on to snap at me saying how could my daughter have offered her resume to them if I thought she was a thief.
It was completely unwarranted reaction and highly unprofessional unkind and emotionally unstable. As a customer I should be able to ask a question and to request to understand my bill or any other relevant question without being verbally accosted. In no way did I imagine that there was an attempt to "steel" or do harm. I was simply inquiring and because I had not been provided with all of the information so it appeared that there was a mistake with the change. Very simple.

I respect this company's policy, that's not a problem. Because it's not a common policy (I've never been charged an extra fee for emailing a document at any other print shops) and I had not been told about the fee when I asked for the rate, I had no way of knowing without asking. A
sking a question should not be met with volatility.

I imagine that this behavior may be isolated to this one employee. I have been to this business once before and the customer service was fine on that occasion. I will never return. knowing that they have a staff member that is so irrational & hostile.

I am grateful that there are other options close by. The West end print shop is only ten minutes from this business. The offers much better rates and excellent service with no hidden fees. Unlike Eastpoint print company, the staff of The Westend print shop are kind and professional. That's a basic requirement.

Ordered T shirts from East Point Printing. The order was delivered late and included lower quality T shirts that I did not request. I paid for a better quality Shirt but received the wrong type. Very little accountability regarding the error on their part. Wont be returning to do business with them again.

Super happy with my experience here. I printed some documents for a presentation with another shop and I was disappointed with the quality. I came here and the whole staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I left satisfied with a quality product.

NEVER EVER AGAIN EVERRRRRRRR

You're a LIAR, your incompetent receptionist Never told me I needed a PDF. I got to Your establishment at 10am, AFTER CALLING AT 9:30AM and asking VERY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS VIA THE PHONE. Your incompetent receptionist told me it would be 1.50 per page. NEVER MENTIONED ANY OTHER FEE, and your ILITERATE processor (RAY) made the images lighter, then darker. I was told after I DISCOVERED A TYPO on MY OWN, to go and change it to a PDF FORMAT. I ALSO WAS TOLD THAT ONCE I RETURNED ITLL TAKE 15 MINUTES. IT ACTUALLY TOOK 1 AND A HALF HOURS. NO ONE TOLD ME TO COME BACK AT A CERTAIN TIME. THERE WAS A LOT OF MISCOMMUNICATION. DO NOT ACT LIKE THIS WAS MY FAULT. MEANWHILE YALL WERE SMOKIMG WEED AND PARTYING IN THE BACK OF THE BUSINESS, WHILE I WAITED FOR AN EXTENSIVE TIME PERIOD. THE OWNER HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME IN FRONT OF THE STAFF WHAT THEY COULD DO BETTER. I DIDNT HIRE YOUR STAFF, I DONT TEACH GROWN ADULTS.... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE...ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER OFFERED TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT AFTER, I WAS TOLD 15 MINUTES, AND BASICALLY WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY....KEEP LYING!!! IM NOT THE ONE!!! I SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID $30, THE WORK IS SLOPPY, GRAINY, AND UNPROFFESIONAL....

I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL, NON ACCOMDATING ESTABLISHMENT.
