Extremely rude and I’m not sure why… I called to tell them I’d like to know how much it would cost to repair my computer and before I could go into detail to get a quote they had a rude smart ass remark. Won’t be spending my money with them.

Edit: I’m going to J&B computers instead because they listened to me and gave me an estimate. 🙂

Amazing how quickly Computer Factory recovered my computer from a crash. Derrick also miraculously got Windows 10 to update to 20H2 – been frustratingly trying to get this accomplished for six months. We were so pleased that my husband, who usually builds our computers, had Derek rebuild his current one. Used great components and speed is incredible. We made some stupid mistakes at home re-installing and Derek was so patient, helpful and kind in assisting us. We are so grateful for their wonderful service and highly recommend!!

This place is one of the best places you could ever get your computer fixed! They do not gouge people and they give you very good service. People they have working for them are quite confident and they will give you the time of day if you are trying to make a decision about your own technology. They are some of the most knowledgeable people in the business and they are easy to talk to and more than fair with their pricing. They helped to solve a technology problem I was having with my laptop and help me to resolve a long-standing situation to my satisfaction. Thank you to Paul and Nome you are awesome business people

It is really unfortunate to have to write this review, but we feel disappointed after many years of loyal patronage.

About 6 months ago, we made major and expensive upgrades to a desktop PC through The Computer Factory, including the installation of a new operating system, installed improved RAM, and a replacement and upgrade to the existing SSD. In only a few months, our newly installed SSD failed, and The Computer Factory was unwilling to help.
They did not offer a refund (about $300), they were not willing to send in our SSD to check on manufacturing defect or exercise the product warranty. They weren't offering solutions or helping us understand our options, and at this point, we are just out hundreds of dollars. The worst part is that the staff really didn't seem to care at all. It is clear to us that this must be a manufacturing issue, and we don't understand why they are not willing to help us replace the SSD or maintain us as customers. Over the years, we have spent thousands of dollars as patrons of this business, and it's a true shame to have write this. If The Computer Factory would like to make this right, I would be happy to have a conversation. Until then, I do not recommend spending your time and money here.

I highly recommend The Computer Factory. I bought a refurbished Dell lap top at a great price a few years ago and have had no problems. They also updated it to Windows 10 for me when that was needed. My most recent interaction was yesterday when I was in a panic because I thought I had a computer virus. They helped me realize I had been scammed to get me to buy a anti-virus program. Great Service and Support!

Came across this place while looking for somewhere to take my laptop of only 3 yrs that randomly quit functioning and gave me that blue screen of death... so happy I did! Derrick was incredibly insightful, explaining that it had a older drive with faulty moving parts which ended up ruining itself. Although he tried his best to save my files, he did suggest the option send it to a place that manually retrieve data in those cleanroom environments, if I wanted to try that! He fixed it up good as new, giving me progress updates every step of the way. These guys are honest, reliable, and knowledgeable.

Bought my first computer from Paul and Nome back in the '90's. Since then they have been my only resource for any computer needs. They are happy to answer any questions, explain how to navigate upgrades or new equipment and they never make me feel like the tech dummy that I am!!
