Greetings all - Where do I even start🫠!! This place feels like a second chance program designed to get former addicts back to work and give them a sense of responsibility. Many of the "Leaders" are individuals who seem to be in and out of rehab. Having worked for several Fortune 500 companies, I can tell the difference between true professionalism and a facade.

Every person we encountered in leadership seemed like they were one bad day away from going back to rehab—and they acted the part. I accepted a job as a call rep, and while HR was okay, they were quite passive. The Management Team, especially the Trainer, Rebecca, was another story. Rebecca, who voluntarily shared with the class that she’s a recovering addict and has been rehabilitated for four years, was extremely unprofessional and oddly demanding. She made 100 faces in 60 seconds while constantly looking at her phone, which only added to the chaos.

During the 1.5 days of training that I endured, Rebecca talked openly about drugs, even discussing micro-dosing and mentioning that she only smokes weed now. It felt like a prank, and the entire experience was an atrocity.

In the end, the culture and professionalism of this place were a far cry from what I’ve experienced elsewhere. This was a wake-up call and a stark reminder of the importance of doing thorough research before accepting a job offer.

I left after 1.5 days of training because I refuse to lower my vibrations when there are so many other ways to make GOOD money in 2024!!

Most of the Google reviews are old, so for all the ones looking at the 1 star reviews wondering if they are true or if the company has changed I’m here to tell you the 1 star reviews are completely accurate. The higher ratings will throw you off especially if you’re about your money but don’t let them fool you this place is STILL TOXIC in 2024!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would but that’s not an option. I hope this reaches the right people.

It's the best place to work. It's like being in a giant family. The management is always amazing. They even have a TV and snack machines in the break room. They also have 2 giant refrigerator/freezers and 6 microwave ovens that everyone can use for free. The bathrooms are immaculate. Jesus and Mary would be proud to use either of them.

I loved this company. They worked with me through all my needs. I would rate this company more if I could. My supervisor Tommi Freelove was the absolute best ever. She worked with me to get where I needed to be. She was always their to push me in the right direction and never made you feel stupid for asking questions. This job is not for everyone but they are a amazing company and would work here again.

I am extremely grateful to this company for hiring me almost 3 years ago now. They have given me the opportunity to grow and learn so much. I feel valued as an employee and that my efforts are appreciated. My team mates encourage and support one another. The managers genuinely care and try to help everyone to reach their goals. I have worked here for almost a year, and I have to say that I do not agree with a lot of these comments. My daughter was diagnosed with diabetes this year and has had a lot of health concerns. They have allowed me to take the necessary time off to take care of her since I have no one else to help me. Yes, they care about production and attendance...what successful business doesn't? HR is always available to help you with any problem, and it is fairly easy to move up the ladder financially speaking. I enjoy coming to work everyday and have fun while making my production goals.

Not the job for me at this moment but I loved the break system, and the people are great. A team effort environment. I guess it's the rejection of the job itself is what got at me the most. You may get 2 nice people to talk to you with over 75-100 calls. I loved my management as they were always helpful and thought about you individually as they could to help you strive! If there was a time I need a job again I may give it another try.

Where do I even begin with this sorry excuse of a business? Hmmmm well, if you want to work for a company that is beyond the term "money hungry", doesn't care about the safety of their employee's, puts targets on their employee's back when they bust their butts on a daily basis to produce and meet weekly goals, has bug issues (bed bugs) but refuses to actually do anything about it other than threaten their employee's whom have come forward with the evidence with their own jobs, when management (NOT SUPERVISORS - because most of them are actual decent human beings that care... minus a select few) acts like they are entirely too good for anyone to actually care and help their employee's like they say they do.... now this is just some of what i have witnessed, others I'm sure have witnessed more uglier things and have been treated just as bad. Now if this sounds like a stand up place then go to work for them. But just remember..... When the ENTIRE State of Georgia has been placed under a Tropical Storm Warning due to Hurricane Irma -- these people are still expecting everyone to be in their desks at 8 a.m. and making calls. Yet another prime example of how they have ZERO care or respect for their staff. Unbelievable! But yet they are such a great company to work for... I'm honestly glad I left when I did. This place is a freaking JOKE!
