My recruiter from Tek Systems is great. The first job he got me an interview at I got an offer from, and since I've been working there he is always keeping in touch and making sure the job goes well. And this service is free, becuase they are paid by the company that hires. That puts them completely on your side, wanting you to get the job. If you're looking for employment I highly recommend getting a recruiter, and teksystems is worth checking out.
