From the time I first contacted Tech-It they have listen and provided the feedback I needed to put in my house, which I recently remodeled, a house wired network system and a home theater. It was a breath of fresh air that this company actually answered their phone a provided a knowledgeable and courteous proposal manager, Alex was very thorough and understanding. When I got the proposal I was impressed with the detail, but it could have had more in both the AV and Network line items. I wanted and they provided a turnkey system which is professionally designed in stalled and integrated. Cory the project manger was very helpful and responsive in making sure I got was I was dreaming of detailed to Alex. Jon the Integrator was amazing and very knowledgeable.

Charles is an absolute master of his craft. He mounted a large screen TV and sound bar above my fireplace and it looks like a work of art (no wires, perfectly level, perfectly centered, and everything works). Great company. They hung 3 TVs for me and one overtone that always a highly complex install. Excellent work. They did make a small error in the dry wall that they owned the problem, fixed, and compensated a credit back. This shows that the company will fix any issues they case.

Pros: timely, professional, quality work. The owner does care about the service.

Cons: Expensive, and they want to connect their tech to help support down the road.

Overall if you want quality work you have to pay for it. These guys are quality.
