Techxide as a whole was not a positive experience. I felt they were amazing with communication initially, but when I was asking for revisions of the design, they stopped responding promptly. I initially used them for designing my logo, but then added on a stationary package, and my website design. For the stationary package, I was told I could easily change things and adjust it for each hired staff, especially since I didn't know my actual office location or phone number yet, I definitely would need to update things. Then when they delivered it, it required an adobe program for graphic designers to edit - despite my confirming multiple times that I could easily edit before signing on for the service, they didn't think to mention that it would require specialized software that is a monthly subscription (I believe $40 per month)... After going back and forth, they then set the stationary (email signature, business cards, letter head, and envelope) as adobe files. This was appreciated - though I later realized I couldn't edit with the same font, and I had to remake it in word so that I could use it as my letter head.... I essentially realized I should have just created it myself, but I was trying to save time. Then with the website - I repeatedly told them I didn't know what I was doing with a website, it was completely new for me, I was told that they would walk me through each step, that I could easily edit things 'as if it were a social media profile', etc. I followed up multiple times making sure of these factors - but then had crappy communication initially, including horrible attention to detail. However, after I complained and talked to one of the supervisors, I was connected with Max Thompson who was much better with being responsive in communication and completing the tasks that I asked about with my website. Techxide made some promises that they didn't follow up on, but Max worked with me to ensure that everything was followed up on to the best of his ability. For example, a website being developed in word press is not something that is 'easy' for someone with no experience to edit 'like a social media platform', Max was kind enough to walk me through some things and offer longer assistance to help my transition once I expressed my concerns about what I was promised vs. what was being delivered. I truly appreciate the help Max gave me, but I was disappointed with the customer service and the process in general with Techxide itself. The only reason this review is getting 4 stars is because of Max, if the review was for Texchide itself, it would only be 1 star - but due to not wanting it to reflect poorly on Max, who helped me the most, it's a 4 star review - reluctantly.
Updating again - Even with my individual person helping me... my website went live weeks ago, but I continue to have problems that I have to reach out about. When the website goes live, it's supposed to be ready for me, but because of it being more complicated than I anticipated after being told it would be easy, the person that has been helping me offered to continue to help with maintenance ... but I have been having to reach out fairly regularly because of issues I am noticing, with things that aren't something I changed. Most recently, finding that in all of my contact form options on my website, the contact information isn't coming through to my e-mail at all, despite being told it would... and now 9 out of 19 blog posts aren't visible, and the links to the blog posts from my social media say "sorry, you can not preview drafts" ... but on word press it says it's published. Mind you - NOTHING was ever said to me about a limit on blog posts or anything. Considering money paid for this site, and what was promised to me, when I thought I was being thorough in what I was asking and ensuring I was fully understanding - I feel like I've been flat out lied to. I'll update once things are made right - but I wanted to to ensure others understand what they are getting into with techxide.

I initially signed up to do a logo refresh. I can say they did a very good job in this area. They offered to build my website for my business I think this was a bit much for them to handle. I went back and forth with updates and revisions however the connection was not there. I was building something unique from the ground up and the team didn't not see the vision for the business which impacted creativeness on their part. I wasn't a fan of the cookie cutter templates they use and they do not stray to far from those. Lack of attention to detail was one of my main concerns. I provided live examples of what I was trying to achieve but the team could not meet my expectations. If you are looking for a company to do low end design work this may work for you but if you looking for attention to detail creativity mastery in the craft they are not it. They are more in line with the 5 dollar hustle model. Yes they got me for about 3K but you live and you learn.

techxide was a great help in building my website and coming up with a great logo for my business. They gave me helpful suggestions and recommendations throughout the process and checked with me frequently to make sure that things were up to par. There were no disappointments and were able to work with my budget

While their website and logo looked good. And things went well at first. I would like a manager to contact me. I ordered a deluxe logo package and website on 12/29/22. You state the logo etc will be done in 24-48 hours. The website got done. However, it is now February 1st and I am still waiting on all the logo files etc to be finished. I approved a week ago for finishing the business cards etc. never heard anything back until I emailed AGAIN. the response I got was. Great. Nothing more. I would like some sort of discount. To be honest. It started out really well. However it turned into a very hard annoying sales pitch from Lucas to buyyour SEC system. We were not interested in that but he would not take no for an answer.
As soon as he knew I was not investing in that system all communication and logo finishing completely came to halt. I am very dissatisfied with the tactics used.

I ordered both a Logo Design and Website package from Techxide. All communications were timely and courteous, paying attention to detail! All interactions with staff were very friendly and helpful! End results were FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend!!

RUN AWAY!! Most likely a SCAM!
I chatted online with Techxide rep. March 6th, made the payment and sent multiple files. I was told I would receive something from them within two days. By March 14th I had received nothing, tried to call with no answer and the phone system hung up on me 4 different times. I then tried the online chat, no response there either. Again, on March 15th I tried to call several times, no answer and the phone system hung up on me. Tried the online chat several times again that morning with no response. Finally, about 12:15p.m. on March 15th someone responded to the online chat and informed me my order was cancelled and my money refunded because their workload was too much. I never received notice that my order was canceled and never received the refund. No resolve was given just an, "I'm sorry." Do NOT use this "Company."

Should've researched this company before doing business with them. Didn't answer the phone when I called about the inital design & payment. If you change your mind about the design good luck on a refund. You're now forced to like their designs & your stuck with them. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for eithical interaction, comprehension skills, & the true order of doing business.

Techxide is not a company they are scammers who get you to buy a logo package and then never do anything.. they will keep bumping up your order for more money. They just text you all these excuses. FAKE! SCAM ALERT! DO NOT USE!
