The service from this company is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We purchased a Microsoft E5 License from them and paid $25,000. Despite repeated follow-ups, they never completed the setup. After three months, they even disabled our subscription without any explanation.

I have sent hundreds of emails requesting them to restore the subscription since it disrupted our work significantly, but they never responded. Eventually, we had to switch to another vendor. Now, for the past six months, I have been chasing them for a refund, yet there has been no response. To this day, I am still sending emails, but they continue to ignore me.

Ironically, if you send them a new sales inquiry, they will respond immediately, but once they receive payment, they stop answering emails and avoid phone calls. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I have also filed a complaint with Microsoft regarding their fraudulent practices.

Beware of falling into their trap! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.
