Allan has been a great help where I work, we upgraded to a new Server and 7 new computers with a lot of problems that the original installer was not able to fix. Allan and his team came through with his expertise and was able to fix everything up so that our system was working properly. Techgn was available when we needed them and cleaned up a mess that wasn't theirs. They are our go-to guys for when IT issues arise.

Technology Group of the North provides excellent service. Our home business requires 24/7 internet. We've been a customer for a number of years. If you need help with anything... installation, repairs, or just troubleshooting a problem tech-gn will respond quickly and efficiently. Ben was super helpful with our most recent crisis. He promptly & impressively restored all of our electronic brokenness ;-). He also kindly and patiently answered all of my questions! I would have probably still been working on it! It's so much easier to just let them fix it! Highly recommend. Thank you Allan for providing a great service to the Fairbanks community.

“This is a novel but worth reading. Allan and Ben with Tech GN are always easy to deal with and extremely helpful when it comes to working with them. Both Allan and Ben are very patient when dealing with issues that seem like they’re going to be the end of the world. They never make you feel incompetent or like you’re wasting their time. They treat you with the utmost respect and as if you are their only customer and go to great pains to make things understandable and approachable.
Tech GN is a local business that helps the company I work for by managing our server, running updates after hours so our workday is not disturbed. They can help fix issues both on site and off site by remoting into our system. You’re able to coordinate with Tech GN to come on site so they can help move or set up a new employee’s desks with computers, printers, phone lines, specific programs for their computers. They normally can do this within a 24hr notice. Tech GN is also an on-call company that will help you after the normal business hours if needed. They also work with your purchasing department when new equipment is needed for the office. Tech GN will show you exactly what you need and order it for you or let you order it if you find it cheaper elsewhere. They will also contact the companies you purchase your programs form and trouble shoot with their IT department if you have a problem with the software or needing a password reset. This is a huge time saver for us and help our employees stay productive, while Tech GN solves the problems.
I have used other IT support companies over the years with past jobs but Tech GN is by far the best and the most knowledgeable of computers and printers. They have competitive pricing for the service they provide and treat you with the greatest respect possible. I appreciate their technical excellence and their reliability and true customer focus. I give them the HIGHEST rating and always recommended them to anyone needing an IT support company. Tech GN is just as important to our company as any of our best employees, because they make the behind the scenes run smoothly, in return letting us provide the best possible service to our customers.”

We have a 20 acre RV park here in the interior of Alaska. The last few years, our current provider could not meet the WiFi demands. We enlisted the only provider that could help and they in turn had Tech GN set up all the required equipment and tech support. Their service, timeliness in getting a big project done in a relatively short time did not go un noticed. Their professionalism was pure joy on my part. If ever I have a question or concern, they promptly get back to me in a very friendly and courteous manner. Job well done and zero complaints from our guests.

Best tech team in town! I had a different tech look at my computer just for him to tell me the computer was fried and wanted to dispose of it for me. Something didn't feel right so I received my computer back and after some research found Tech GN and decided to have them look at it. I dropped my computer off that morning, it was fixed and ready for pick-up by the next morning. I'm extremely thankful for them and would recommend them highly!
