100% recommend this place.

I took in my PC to get repaired after it wouldn't turn on properly, and Jose correctly identified that my CPU cooler was broken, and promptly installed a new one. After coming home and using my computer, it was still broken with a separate issue. When I took it back to Jose, he identified the issue (faulty video card) for no charge, as he said that he should've identified this issue sooner.

Jose did a great job the first time I took it to him, and it was only a coincidence that I had two issues with my computer at once. It was clear that he truly cared about helping and was not trying to rip me off. His prices are hourly and are reasonable, and he would never overcharge for diagnostic fees.

I was recommended this place by a co-worker funny enough. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! I had to get my SSD replaced in my prebuilt. Jośe, fixed it in no time and even offered to replace the old 512gb SSD with a 1tb SSD for a small price increase. I am very happy I brought my PC here! If I ever have anymore problems I know where to go!

100% recommend Jose at Technigo. So my MacBook Pro's battery went out and I called 3 technicians then narrowed it down to CrimsonMac and Technigo based off their reviews. I called CrimsonMac first and the guy said that it is billed at a 4hr job rate even though it would take him about 2 hours to do it because he has done a bunch of battery replacements. I called Technigo and he straight up said that it was a flat rate and included everything. It went out Thursday evening and he said he would get the part and have it done by Monday and it would only take him 2 hours as well. He was honest and his pricing was honest so I went with him and I am so glad I did. I dropped it off and he texted me on Monday afternoon and said it was done! He had my computer shining and running like brand new. I absolutely appreciate the customer service and expert knowledge that Jose had. He told me he has been in that shop for over 12yrs and I can tell he knows what he is doing. I will trust Jose with any tech issues from now on. He is honest, dependable and trustworthy. Very happy with his service and the condition of my new 2017 MacBook Pro!
